Every day, 500,000 parcels are stolen or lost in Australia, costing businesses AU$95 million per day. While some retailers and parcel delivery companies work to stop porch theft, much of the burden still falls on consumers.
If you purchase our SHIPPING INSURANCE
We will file a claim with the shipping company and then send out a replacement item within 24 hours (M-F) to you. Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we ship your replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.
If you do NOT purchase the Shipping Insurance
We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in house investigation. We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.
